Are you a confident and enthusiastic candidate who would like to join the Rubens team as a Barista?
In this role you will prepare and serve hot and cold beverages from our extensive drink’s menu. This includes new and old favourites, such as tea, cappuccinos, lattes, milkshakes and more.
We always welcome creativity and appreciate our baristas that love to invent their own delicious beverages that they think customers would enjoy.
Your main responsibilities will include educating customers on our drink’s menu, providing recommendations, use grinding and brewing equipment to create high quality coffee, upselling products and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
